Coming Soon Marketing

Our Roanoke MLS now allows us to include your COMING SOON listing (once it is live on the MLS as COMING SOON) in our marketing programs. You must give us permission by clicking the box when setting up your order.  With your permission, we can activate your Property Website as COMING SOON and include it on our Daily Market Update. The Roanoke MLS is currently working with FLEX to allow access for affiliate photographers to add photos and virtual tours to the MLS. We will let you know once this is available. We offer both a FREE COMING SOON MARKETING PROGRAM and a PAID EXPANDED COMING SOON MARKETING PROGRAM will be introduced January 2022.

FREE Coming Soon Marketing

With your permission we can provide the following Marketing Tools for your COMING SOON listing once your photos have been completed. 

 
Your property tour is tagged and displayed on our company website with a COMING SOON banner.
Your property tour is activated and can shared on the MLS, and your social media marketing. You can set up your social media tiles from your dashboard to share on your sites. 
We will include your COMING SOON listing on our daily Market Update.
