From the very beginning we have used social media and direct email to promote the homes we photograph.  Each day we send out a Real Estate Update that features the homes we photographed that just hit the market.  We can also include your price changes and back on the market status changes at your request.  This is a FREE service and these emails go directly to the in-boxes of Real Estate agents throughout SW and Central Virginia.  Our open rate of these emails is way above the national average, as REALTORS have become accustomed to receiving these daily updates.  We plan to soon open these updates to the public.  Watch for more details coming soon.  New listings are featured on our social media pages on a regular basis as we have a National following on our social media channels.

We also offer a FREE Open House Marketing Service for the homes we have photographed.  This includes tagging the Property Web Site with the Open House details, including the Open House information on our Web Site, and including the information on our Daily Market Updates, and a separate Open House Market Update that is emailed out each weekend.
