As a Affiliate Member of the RVAR, we can upload your images and virtual tours to the Roanoke MLS for you once the listing goes live.  At this time we are not allowed to uploaded photos or virtual tours to listings that are in COMING SOON status, but hopefully that will change soon.  We monitor listing activity daily and add photos, floor plans, and virtual tours that may have gone live each day if they were not added when the listing went live.  We also check to make sure virtual tours have been uploaded correctly and that the IDX compliant virtual tour has been added.  Our Marketing Kit includes a DASHBOARD where the listing agent has complete control over their Property Website details and status and we encourage each agent to keep their listing details up to date. It is a NAR and RVAR advertising regulation that your online ads have the latest listing information.
